Conversations
I would like to see a whole conversation with all received and sent messages.

When your mail service supports the THREAD feature, then thread information is shown both in the mail list as well as the mail details screens. In the mail details you can press on the number to view all messages from this thread. So far sent messages will not be shown there.
This feature is planned, compare https://github.com/Enough-Software/enough_mail_app/issues/10 for details.
Initial support will be without your sent messages due to IMAP complexity.
